Box looks fine, except for the information that is key to storing a hat. Other reviews complain of boxes arriving without any box insert, or hat ring to place your hat crown in the box so it will not bounce around when traveling. Paying $20 plus shipping for a cardboard box without the most important part of a hat box is silly. Seems the seller, if they are professional, would understand this about hat boxes and include that information with some pictures.
