Thin, one size fits all actually works here. 7 1/4 head and works great. Wife 6 5/8 and works well for her too. Skull cap for road, mountain, ski, climb, and more. I've used it in many different applications and enjoy it when the wind or chill makes life too cool for comfort. Windstopper hats cut the wind totally. This does mostly. Windstopper cuts the sound and makes you feel like you wrapped nylon parachute pants around your head. This Barrier hat "sounds" great and normal.

It fits my wife better than it fits me. It also has a ponytail hole in the back, which she likes.

I am an XL in motorcycle helmets, and assumed that this one-size-fits-all cap would work for my head. Not so it fits, but offers zero ear protection. Good cap for small heads, but if you have a larger mug, pass on this. I ended up keeping it, and pairing it with the Izumi headband which does the job, but it would be nice if they had a bigger size.

Fits perfect, I had good coverage all over my head and ears with no excess material. It is extremely comfortable under a helmet. I took it for a ride in slightly cool temps around 55 with some fog and it was glorious! It was just cool enough to where I would normally be cold, but too hot if I threw on a long sleeve jerseys, so I tried just adding this and it made all the difference. It kept my ears nice and warm, I didn't find it too hot, and it seemed to breathe well. Around 60 or so I think is the upper limit, which is perfect because that's enough to ride summer clothes. It is very small so it stores well in a pocket. I haven't done any really cold weather riding with it, but for chilly morning rides it is wonderful, and a must have for any kit.
