i bought this hat because im a hat guy and the hats my work give out suck...this hat has the modern,stylish look i wanted but its also very basic. the coolmax sweatband is not just regular fabric and ive noticed it doesnt get soaking wet with sweat..i bought this hat and also a dickies at the same time and definately like this one better. it seems like it will last a long time too..

The had design is excellent. Brim pre-shaped perfectly. The adjustment in the back is easy to do as they use a very high grade volex material. The weight of the hat is just perfect, not to light not to heavy.Best Deals for Carhartt Men's Twill Work Cap

The brim holds its shape for a while. The only gripe i have iwth this cap is that the section above the brim makes that verticle lines like a furrowed eyebrow after a while.... Good "Classic" Carhartt hat. I was not aware this hat had a Velcro strap. I think I will be getting their other design without the Velcro. I feel it has a sharper more modern look although i do prefer the size and placement of the front emblem. On the Velcro strap is stitched: " EST. 1889", wich i did not expect either. Cant bet Carhartt design and materials but i don't think the chinese care too much about making a quality american product. I wish it were made in America by Americans, and i feel Carhartt deserves to be ragged on for that so they'll get back to their old ways. That's my two cents, have a good one.
