I have ordered other hats online and their packaging was superb. The box arrived crushed by the shipper but had it better packaging it would have withstood it. I did have to take steam iron to get it back to the right shape. Had it been a dress hat I would have sent it back box and all in sturdy box to show them how it should have been done.
That being said the hat is good and I do like the brim having a fabric inner liner so to block the sun.
