I came across this Ushanka fur hat knowing that i'm going to need a winter hat for the cold winters in Marquette Michigan. I've had a similar hat like this from Russia, when my parents got it for me as a Christmas gift when i was a child. Indeed the materials are organic. The rabbit fur is great and warm and the fur does not shed like most knock off brands sold here on Amazon. The interior of the hat is constructed well. The red star was a nice added bonus, a great item for history buffs out there. Don't think i'll wear the red star in particular. Though am of fond interest in the history and culture of the Soviet era history. I'm excited in the upcoming winter knowing that my head will be nice and toasty with this nice Ushanka hat. Certainly deserves a five star rating.
