When I ordered this I actually thought it was black, which surprised me when it arrived and it was grey. The strings were also coming apart (this is the only negative portion of the review rest assured).

Despite that, they actually have amazing customer service. They were really laid back and understanding and they sent a replacement that was perfect and I wear it everyday at work. I think it frightens my co-works when I walk around yelling "Возвращайся к работе!"

The hat is exactly as described. I live in Alaska and have worn this hat at -30F and it still keeps my head warm. Shipping was decently quick considering it came all the way from Russia.
