I'm working as a contractor in Afghanistan and decided that my old American flag hat was getting quite beat up. I had originally bought it when I was in the military from a booster fund when deployed to Iraq. I was excited to finally find somewhere where I could buy another US flag hat that is not velcro'd on, and is a flex fit hat as well. All in all I paid about 40 bucks when I included shipping to an APO address. After several weeks the box has finally arrived and it's the wrong hat. Not only is the hat I received not grey like the on I ordered, it doesn't even have the American flag on it. It has the RSD logo (eagle encompassing the letters RSD) on it, with Roland Sands Design written on the back.

**Update #1** They were quick to contact me after making my complaint. After the issue is resolved I will update my review to reflect that. The hat that I did receive looks to be very great quality, it's just not the one that I wanted.

Ordered, shiped, recieved in less time than I was initially told. Excellent.

Hat quality is excellent, the only thing I could nit pick on would be that since it's a Flex Fit hat in size L/XL it encompasses a little more head sizing range than needed. I generally wear a 7 5/8 fitted hat and this barely fits my head. The product ad should tell the range this hat fits, which is about 7 1/4 to 7 5/8. The elastic in the hat to get it down to 7 1/4 make it very snug on my melon, but it works. If I snip the elastic with scissors like I generally do on most Flex Fit hats it will eventually fit perfectly.

I have been looking for a nice American Flag patch hat for a while and recently became a big fan of Roland Sands Designs. This hat is perfect. Couldn't find any information online about the backside of the hat, I bought it anyway. The back, right side of the hat, says "Roland Sands Designs". By far my new favorite hat. Gets a lot of compliments.
