I had once had a leather cap that I bought from a leather goods store. I had bought it when I was 20 years old. Iwore that cap every day of my young life, well almost every day. It was one thing that I was known for. Iwas wearing that cap when I met my wife at the age of 29. there are pictures of me wearing it when my daughter was born 6 years later. I finally had to put the cap up because the adjustment strap had broke that was on my little girls fifth birthday. do the math. that is quality. I put this new cap on yesrday and it feels like I JUST RAN IN TO AN OLD FRIEND. It is just what I have been looking for. I look foward to 20 years of service from my new cap.

Maybe different from most people who purchase this product, I bought this hat to go along with my sort of classic, preppy jcrew style for this fall/winter. I wanted a simple, leather hat that didn't look cheap. well this one is great and it fits well. I plan to order it in brown also. the leather is nice and it doesn't scream Forever 21 trendy or something like that. it looks like you could just borrow it from your stylish Dad or boyfriend and throw it on effortlessly. Great accessory!

I normally do not wear a cap for several reasons. Weight, what it does to my hair (ALL messed up when I take the cap off no matter how careful I am) and I don't ltke being a billboard for Bud, Ford, Disneyland, whatever. This cap is very light and comfortable. I forget I have it on at times, which is how it should be. Distressed leather (if I was skin without a body I'd be distressed, too!) is very nice looking. I used leather conditioner on it when it arrived. Perfect sized bill, not too long and not too short. I ride an electric scooter that can hit 30 mph and no problem with cap staying on with a real buckle for sizing it, unlike cheapy velcro. Love it. I think I'll order a second one just to be sure I'm never without my Stonewash Leather Cap! How about a dark brown one, guys?
