This is a good hat for your wife or girlfriend. It is way too small looking. Online it looks great but when I got it, it looked like a hat for a girl! It looks great on my wife though so I didnt have to return it. I would not recommend this hat to a guy anyway.

I read the review and wondered why the size is small. The description says it's large. Then I got this yesterday. The tag show "one size".

I got this in gray and I am now ordering it in straw and brown. LOVE THESE HATS. The tag says S/M as advertised. It does not say one size like the other reviewer said. These hats are really cute, probably the s/m is not good for a guy (it kinda fit my husband though). The next size up would probably work for most men I would think (even though I think this is advertised as a womens hat but it would totally work for a guy).

I didn't expect much from this hat for the price. I also own a real straw panama but you have to worry about that thing when you put it on, expensive and fragile. This puppy, on the other hand, slap it on and you're good to go. Anyone who thinks it's too 'small' isn't hip to the stingy brim movement. And for $20, you won't find another hat with the snap brim so perfectly molded, stays in place, just the right amount of dip. Pull it down, you get the slightly menacing Bogie effect. Tip it back, you got the carefree Gene Kelly look. Tonite at the market with the shades and the long hair, they thought I was Neil. They should know he never wears polo shirts. And I never drive that big American iron.

I purchased this one and a gray one. They fit good, but they were both smashed to fit in the same box, and they're not quite popping back into shape. :(
