I picked this for a recent vacation trip. I have to stay covered, I burn easily and needed a good multipurpose hat. It fit me well, and the drawstring works well, as I encountered some high winds along beaches I visited. When not wearing it, it compacted flat very well inside my backpack, and retains shape when I get it out again. Dries quickly after heavy sweating during the extreme heat we were in. The headband is soft and comfortable, and the Velcro pouch keeps the drawstring tucked away when not needed. I would buy it again if I had to choose.

Not usually a hat person, but needed sun protection. This hat is very well made. I ordered a L/XL size, I find it fits just right, just snug enough to stay on and in place, even in wind. Very masculine, have received several compliments. Two thumbs up !!
