I can honestly say, not all are made to be as small as the one I got. The one I bought previously (which was worn out)fit much better. This one I purchased is big enough to fit my nephew's head, not mine. If it's going to be one size fits all, at least make it possible to be so.
That was the yellow one. I bought the black one as well, it's loosely fit like the original one I bought, but it had a weird knot over the zig zag. I still like the black one and that could easily be repaired, but the yellow one, be careful or prepare to return it.

I had half-expected this to be a looser type of beanie when I ordered it, but it's actually very nicely fitted. Though it's a tad smaller than expected, it's very form-fitting and warm. In addition, while the tag is double-sided, the hat looks quite silly when worn without being folded over because the material keeps it quite stiff causing the top to jut out/it does not pull off the slouched look well. I'm going to try to stretch the beanie out a bit as time goes by because it keeps its form almost a little too well right now; thus, earning four out of five stars in my book. I still love the design very much though!
