The velcro strap is annoying. It keeps scratching my neck and chin even when I'm not using the strap.
The crown area is rather small for my head (and I have a rather small head). It makes the hat look and feel smaller than it is.
Other than that, those were the only two things that I didn't care for about this product. Looks great and does keep me warm but those two pet peeves makes me want to rip it off my head. Seems fit for a child rather than an adult...

This might be the best winter hat I've ever owned. My head seems to be small, so I usually have trouble finding adult-sized hats that fit, but this one is great. I think it would fit a variety of head sizes though. It is stylish, soft and warm.I do agree that the velcro chin strap can be scratchy, but it's not too bad most of the time.
