I really do like my hat.

It is crushable like advertised, and also fits well too. I could have used a smaller one, but since I braid my hair in the back a lot of the time, it fits well even when it is braided, doesn't hurt my head.

I didn't receive the same hatband on it tho, and wonder why,but it didn't affect the hat, or my desire to keep it.

The inside sweatband is made of cloth, which is really nice because it doesn't stick to my head when I try to take it off, like some other hats do. That is a plus too, if you wear hats like I do, you notice those kind of things.

The inside of the hat says "DURANGO" but he ad says "CAPRY" but... I am sure it is the same hat, so... I am keeping it and wearing it every day.

I was told to start wearing a hat. I was never a hat kind of guy, & knew I wasn't gonna wear a baseball cap everywhere I went. I wanted something unique, and looked a long time before I found this one.

I'm really pleased with this hat. I get compliments on it wherever I go. It's light, and breathes well, so my head doesn't get too hot. I traveled to the Philippines from Florida wearing it, and when there walked 5+ miles in a funeral procession in HUMID 95 degree temps. It was very comfortable throughout the ordeal. Amazingly, the hat stayed dry while the rest of me was wringing wet.

I measured my head size pretty carefully, and had a tailor confirm; even so, it ran a Little large. I ran a couple loops of sisal (jute twine) around the hat under the hatband and that worked out well. I would have liked some different colors to choose from a brown and a black option at least.

I highly recommend this hat for looks, comfort, durability, and a reasonable price.

I bought this hat for my husband for our 45th anniversary. It's a beautiful hat (although I doubt men would like that description) and my husband looks real sharp in it. He has a couple other hats but this one is my favorite. And he really likes it too. He especially likes that it has a cloth sweatband. He says that makes hats more comfortable to wear. A feature I hadn't thought of but will keep in mind.

We don't know about the crushable aspects of the hat since neither of us wants to deliberately crush it or about its ability to repel rain since we're in the middle of a drought here in the Midwest. Regardless, we both are very happy with the hat.
