It is really difficult for me to find a cap that fit me since I have a large head. Under Armor is the only brand so far that fits my head perfectly and make me look good wearing a cap.

If you look closely at the photo the cap has grey stitching over the black. I fixed this by using black marker over the stitching. However, the green logo on the side is not green... more like dark grey. As another reviewer stated, it changes the look of the hat. Also, this is a fairly tall cap so if you're into a more medium height hat, look elsewhere. The hat is comfortable and well constructed, and the tech material on the back panels seems to perform well. Based on my intended usage (outdoor activities) I gave this hat three stars, but would only give it two otherwise.

This hat fits well but there is one MAJOR problem. The vertical stitching that runs up the hat is NOT black. Its a contrast grey. It completely changes the look of the hat and takes away its clean, sleek style. Overall its not a bad had, but you're not getting what's pictured.

Update: It appears the the picture has been updated, but it's STILL not the correct item. The neon green symbol in the picture is actually gray. You'd think it'd be simple to take an accurate picture, but clearly it is not.

Fits well if your head is on the larger side; also holds longer hair in well. It does not adjust in the back; it has an elastic band around the cap.
