I am a Crossing Guard and use this hat for work on the rainy days. it works very well, even with heavier rain. It also looks nice. The brim is a nice size so the water doesn't trickle down your neck.

I needed a sun and rain hat that could be rolled up in my Scottevest travel jacket and this hat is just perfect.I hat ordered another hat made from Gortex which was three times the price but sent it back and ordered this one with which I'm really pleased.Fits well.Folds up well and is broad enough to keep rain off ones neck and face without looking Goofy!

This hat is really cute on. It has an elastic cord that works really well to keep the hat on even on the windiest days. Buy a color to coordinate with your rain boots, and it will be a very cute look.
