When I ordered this hat I was very sceptical, but it exceded all my expectations. The first one I ordered was too small, I most have a bigger head then I thought, I had no problem returning it. The next one I got fit perfect. I'm 64 years young and live in senior housing and all the women now notice me, not that they didn't before, just that I have a little more class now. I turned down the brim so it looked more like a fedora. The guys ask me, is that real leather, or is that made in china? I tell them it's real leather and made in the USA. I have to take it off and show them the inside. Hey if your 15 to 90 and you want to look cool this is the hat.

Hat arrived promptly and well packed. I had to clean up some thread ends sticking out and the tag that was in an awkward spot. Nothing a sharp knife and a lighter couldn't fix though. The leather is too thin to grasp the hat on the front top part one handed. Unless you don't mind adding a lot of character really quick to what should have been a nice clean hat. The size is a little large, not too big, but right on the edge. The hat is about 1/4 inch larger than described, and would have been about 1/2 an inch over sized except for a liner and a head band inside.

Since I was trying to find a more grown up conservative look for my 51 year old husband, I ordered this leather (fedora) hat as a Christmas present for him. It is not short in the back and longer in the front, as a fedora is. It is more round and much more like a Run DMC hat! That said HE LOVED IT! He wears it all of the time no matter what the occasion. This hat does go very well with his leather coat, dressy or casual suits and it also goes well with T-shirts and jeans. After this hat arrived, I actually purchased a real leather fedora since I was going for a different more classy and stylish look for him. He prefers to wear this hat almost everywhere we go. Apparently, this hat is what he really wanted to have! His friends really like it too! Since it makes him really happy I guess I can live with it!
