This hat has a slightly elastic head band in it with an adjustable strap. It is probably the most comfortable hat I own. Very soft and it fits well. The bass looks very nice. The bill is kind of thin and flimsy compared to most hats.
My only complaint is that it is not the greatest hat to wear in windy situations. It isn't really tight and would blow off if any wind got under the bill. I also don't think it is the most breathable material.
