This is definitely not a "one size fits all" hat. I am an adult with a regular sized head and this is very small on me. I tried it on my 8 year old and my 2 year old and it fit just fine. Do not buy this if you are an adult. I received the "Flexfit 6511 Trucker Cap (Black/White, One Size)" on Amazon and it is the same size. This seems like a very nice hat for a kid, but it just does not fit me as I thought a "one size fits all should".
