I like the hat it arrived in good condition pretty much like most other hats I have purchased.
However it seems that these hats run incredibly small compared to others.
Listed as L/XL which is the size I usually buy that fit perfectly this one is a good half an inch or more smaller than my others that claim the same size, this fits inside all my other hats that are L/XL so this cannot be the same size as them as they do not fit inside each other the other way around.
So buy larger than you think to be safe.This is a simple paper woven hat, and it would have served my purpose just fine, except that I needed a white hat and this is definitely off-white.
