This quality 5/3 hooded wetsuit vest from NeoSport is a must-have for cool dive environments. Arm, waist and face openings are double-stitched with fabric, while side/neck seams are fused and stitched well, no stray threads. No cutting of face opening required (would not recommend this), fit was excellent. The inside surface of the wetsuit material is soft, making the vest easy to put on/pull off. I took the vest into the Sea of Cortez for Veteran's Day weekend, it exceeded my expectations in 64 degree water. I wore the vest under a 7mm full wetsuit, and with gloves, I was comfortable on my dives. Five stars.

No complaints, if you're looking at this product, you know what you want. I wore this under a 3/2 mm suit, as well as under a 7/5 suit with no issues. It causes some additional wetsuit leakage on the 7/5 due to bulkyness, but the added thickness more than makes up for it. Additionally, the only other thing I would be able to complain about is hearing loss when the hood is on, however, this happens with any hood.

I'm a warm water diver. Since I live in Fort Lauderdale, I really don't need to fuss with wetsuits from April to December, but for January through March, it can be an issue. I don't like wetsuits because they bind. I feel restricted. This hooded vest is a great compromise. full and free arm movement but my core and head are warm, warm, warm. So glad I bought it.

I searched for a vest hood combo for a while but didn't want to break the bank since I just got into diving and just bought all my gear. I saw this and thought it would do for mw but I've used it several times and its still works great. It's warm and seals well. Definitely buying another when this one breaks down but I don't expect that to happen for a while,
