I work on roof tops throughout the middle east. My caucasian skin gets cooked easy... keeps it off my face, sides and back of neck. breathes easy, comfortable light material. hand wash with mild soap. too easy... 2nd one of these, first one stiching came apart at bill at the corner... such an awesome hat i had the old one sewn up and bought a 2nd with no concern.

It has a long front which helps me to protect the sun and reduce the heat from it.

The back helps to protect the sun too. and this hat is easy to dry from sweat

I am able to wear it underneath my bicycle helmet. Light weight and very comforable. I take a 7 3/8 size and it fits without adjusment. Very good quality, but I expected that from Columbia.
