The hat is exactly as described, it is a little more neon than in the picture, but that is exactly what i wanted! It definitely looks a lot better in person. I made a screen print and ironed it on to the hat so it wasn's so plain! I'd say this is a great hat for college students (highlighter parties, 80's, fraternity and sorority events or even just for fun)
