THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL FEEDBACK:
"They sent the wrong product, I offered to keep the wrong product and buy the "right" one if they paid shipping. They refused, and refused to admit their mistake saying it was the same color just "color wash" fault. never again will I buy from this "stitch" company."
I REALIZED A SHORT WHILE AGO THEY DID IN FACT SEND THE RIGHT PRODUCT.....
The colors of the two hats in question were so similar that in order to tell the difference you would need to see them both in natural light. This I did by accident a week ago.
Bottom line is, I was wrong and they were right. They did offer to exchange the hat but I refused, and actually glad I did because there was no need to. I apologize to this company, and I am sure anyone ordering from them will be happy enough with this company.
