As with all my Amazon purchases it came on time, no damage and no surprises. I have never seen this hat before in person so I took a chance. The medal emblem was fantastic and the hat size adjuster was velcro and had Purple Heart on the size adjusted. This will be my next hat when mine is too nasty to wear

The Purple Heart is shown correctly as being gold. However, the hats received have the Purple Heart Medal emblem in SILVER! WRONG!

Elvira company returned my cost and shipping and, in as much as the hats were incorrecct, allowed me not to pay to ship them back.

Good company, poor supply source.
