This beanie is awesome!!! I use it everytime I go out for an early morning run and I love it. It helps to keep my head warm, but breathes so I don't overheat. It also helps by keeping some sweat out of my eyes. I love it.

I love pretty much all of the products I've tried from Brooks. As an avid runner (about 20 miles/week) I do appreciate the time and effort Brooks puts into their clothing items.

This beanie is no exception it will keep you very comfortable from mid 50's down to around freezing. For temps below freezing you'll want to wear something a bit warmer. But this product breathes very well and definitely shows up in the dark, which is a huge plus for me since the only time I have available to run is first thing in the morning (4:30am to 5:39am). It seems to wear very well also. I have worn the same one for over 3 years now (washed over 100 times) and don't see any signs of wear.

This is a perfect hat for an active runner looking for breathability and minimal warmth. Most running beanies are too hot for me, but this hat is perfect. I have worn is in 40 degrees and 16 degrees for long runs and it helped keep my ears warm without overheating my head. My only complaint is the tag they placed right next to your ear and gets a little annoying. I just kicked it sideways so the tag was in the back and the brooks label is on the side and it worked great.

This beanie is perfect for running on those cool mornings. The moisture-wicking material is lightweight and will keep the sweat out of your eyes while keeping your head warm. The compression is just right it won't give you a headache or make your eyes bulge out, but it also won't slip up or slide off the back of your head.

The only hard thing is deciding which way is front. You can wear the logo on your forehead for the runners you meet, or on the back for the runners you pass. You can even wear it on the side, I guess.
