First off, it is really hard to find a derby/bowler hat in the first place any more. Second, to find one that is crushable, and less than $25 is amazing. The seller got this item in the mail within the day, so I received it two days after ordering. The hat color itself is a more charcoal, and does not have the "flannel" with white interspersed as much, the hat is a more uniform charcoal/ dark grey color. The feather is a nice touch, and if for some reason you do not want the feather on your hat, it is easily removed. I have crushed, smashed, and turned the hat inside out, and it returns to its original shape without fail. The hat is firm enough though that it will not lose its shape or droop once it is placed atop your head. Will buy more colors once they put the L/XL option up again!
