This is a very nice little summer cap for the price. There are a few things you should know before ordering. This is 100% cotton poplin. It will wrinkle slightly, but not badly which you may or may not find acceptable. There is a center seam on the top, which the pictures do not show. There are also three grommeted ventilation ports on each side. The inside top is lined with a plaid cotton fabric. The sides on the inside are unlined. The brim is has a snap. It is one size fits all because it has an elastic band in the back. Depending on the size of your head, there will be some fabric bunching in the back.

If you like hats and you wear them frequently this is a 100% cotton hat, w/o no seam or ventilation holes, I don't know which hat the first reviewer purchased but it was not the same hat I ordered as I bought several at different times and they can get a bit wrinkled but are easily fixed. I agree with the second reviewer about the plastic strap, it doesn't have a classic look but since I wear mine often I don't mind if I lose it for the price. It's inexpensive utilitarian and while it will not keep you warm in the winter, it will keep the blazing sun from drying out your scalp. Like a baseball cap but better.

The adjustable strap on the back is not an elastic or fabric or velcro piece. Any of those three options would have been fine. Instead, the adjustable part is a plastic band with grommets like in a mesh baseball cap. It is small and flimsy and detracts from the look of the hat. This is not visible in any of the pictures, or else I would not have ordered this hat.

I bought this cap for my husband. He didn't have an every day cap so I gave it try for the price. I just received it and as soon as saw it I knew he was not going to like it. It has an adjustable plastic band with grommets. I was ready to returned it but I tried it on me. I love this type of caps but they never fit me properly so I didn't have one. I tried it and it looks gorgeous, in fact the adjustable band is wonderful because I can pass my pony tail through it. I can't hardly see the plastic band which is not bad at least for me. I adjust the band to my head and it fits properly. The material is cotton nice quality and well stitch. I bought it navy blue and the color is dark navy blue. Overall as many have said it is a great everyday cap. However, please be advice that some persons would not like the plastic band even though is very narrow and you can hardly see it. Im in heaven! living in TX you have to have a variety of hats.

I had a hard time finding white hats like this but i found a few and this 1 had a cheaper price so I bought it. it fits well, is white, has a thing on the back to adjust it tighter or looser. only thing i dont like is there's a snap in the front id prefer it without a snap bit its ok. very stylish get lots of compliments on it.
