If you don't plan on taking it off your face, it's VERY warm. The one size fits all kind of stinks for bunching up around the neck though. I'm 6' at 185 and find it tight and too long, which is heavily amplified by the thick material. Not a problem when it's up, but very uncomfortable when pushed down and bunched up. When the cold hits hard, it's worth it to pull out from a patrol bag and take back off when you get back in the car though. If you want something to keep bunched up until you need it, I would recommend looking at other options.
