Absolutely beautiful hat, well made, tightly sewn and with a classy, (and classic) hi-quality look. Many veteran's hats on the market today are sloppily made with slanted embroidering and a cheap look. This one is very well made. I have a camo hat from another manufacturer which I loved but which recently became sweat-stained. Not wanting to be without this hat once it becomes too stained, I purchased two more. Both are perfect. I am a little disappointed that it was made in China, but it is a quality product and I am proud to wear it. One more observation, just for the purchaser's information: since it is a camoflage pattern, the two (actually three, counting my older hat) have slightly different patterns, meaning that there will be few exactly alike, but all three hats are beautiful.

I have a friend who has a U.S. Army camo hat with a different camo pattern made by a different manufacturer. His hat is hard to read from a distance as the printing on the hat blends into the camo pattern so well, the writing is actually camoflaged. These hats (the ones I am reviewing) are easy to read from a distance, which, after all is the reason for wearing the hat.

I have the camo version of this hat and had the opportunity to wear it on Veterans Day weekend to the traveling Viet Nam Veterans Memorial which was in town. Received numerous comments about it.

I ordered three hats. One red, one white, one blue.

The blue hat was to small and was obviously made for a child. The Vietnam service ribbons were poorly embroidered and crooked so I trashed it. The red one is just passable, but Velcro closure is hard to keep locked where it is adjusted.

The white one though I have not worn it yet will have same problems. These hats are CHEAP SHODDY CHINESE JUNK. DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
