It's just not thick enough for me. I've never known myself to be a sweaty guy but by the 5th hole you could see the sweat forming above the brim. This was my first experience with a flex-fit hat it may just be that the flex-fit don't have the ability to absorb sweat like a thicker fitted hat. If you're just looking to a be a pretty boy at a BBQ though this is the hat for you.
