I have a Nathan bottle that came with a straw. Sometimes it is fine, and sometimes I just wanted a lid. I was happy to find this, and it looks and works great. I love to have options.

Vastly better than not using a lid at all when running. In the past, I had attempted to run without a lid, but I found that all the liquid would slosh out of the bottle. With this lid, the liquid stays in the bottle.

I believed I was ordering a cap with a pop up top the yellow part but unless I'm mistaken, it doesn't work that way. I would have just stayed with my old cap & discontinued using the straw if I had known it was simply a screw it off & take a drink system. Very disappointed in this product.
