Arrived on time and as described, but the lights don't work. Replaced batteries and still no functionality, luckily it's going to serve it's purpose but disappointed that it doesn't light up.

The lights appeared broken upon arrival. I changed the batteries and they still didn't work. I fiddled with the buttons and adjusted the batteries for 10 minutes with no luck. The on/off switch didn't work. The settings button didn't work. So, I gave up. Later, I dropped the hat and it went on. So... good luck!

I think the disco ball looking material is great. I will be spending many parties in this hat. the reflection of the light off of my hat is good and I have no complaints. if I where you I wouldn't hesitate to get it.
