The product came in perfect conditions. The only thing was that it's a little small.. so big heads won't fit in. But still it is very nice.

Great hat for the money. In fact, I just got done ordering another in khaki. Can't really speak to the size issue. I have about a medium head and it fits fine.
As an added feature, if you wear it backwards you can look like an old-time movie cameraman or a crazed mechanic. I'm just saying.

I hoped the elastic would stretch enough for my head, but it didn't. I wear a 7 1/2 7 5/8 hat size. It was just a little too tight to be comfortable. I returned it. Otherwise it was a nice hat.

I have to say despite all the complaints about it being to small for everyone, its a bit large for me (small mind) but everyone compliments me when I wear it. I have always loved these caps, never liked wearing a baseball cap and these are just hard to find in stores. Going to buy another one in dark grey.
