Got one of these for my birthday. When I recieved it I was very excited but it was too small. It seems that these vest run on the small size. i had to return it and purchase directly from the supplier to get a size that I can use. So many pockets that are well laid out and it seems to be of good construction and and well thought out. I can't wait ti use it this for my next photo shoot or just as a travelling vest.

The only thing I was off about was it was an XL (had a little problam with the description) it fits but would had liked an 2x. it fit and it work for all my lenes
and other stuff I can put in it.

I chose this item because I hate phony branding, but it's actually the HUMVEE vest sold by several other Amazon sellers. It's roomy and has plenty of pockets. There is polyester lining in two or three pockets and the lining in my "wallet pocket" was shredded after the first day of use, but all that was in that pocket was my checkbook. I'm guessing the stitching pulled out of the polyester and things just progressed from there. The entire vest could have benefited from double-stitching, but that treatment is reserved for the yoke. It doesn't have rip-stop fabric, although it never claimed to, but I intended to buy a vest with rip-stop so I guess I just overlooked that fact when I made my selection. The shell hasn't ripped anywhere and none of the exterior seams have split, but I've only used it three times so far. The two pockets where you would put your hands are shallow and have a very vertical cut to them, so I made a mental note not to store anything in them lest it fall out, but there are plenty of other pockets and pouches. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I wanted a piece of equipment to use on my photo shoots, not a fashion accessory.
