The hat I received was great quality, but it didn't look like the one pictured. Instead of having a curled brim, the brim was virtually flat and at 90degrees to the crown. The hat looked more like a cowboy hat than a top hat. I returned the hat, paying for shipping both ways which seems unfair given that the hat wasn't as pictured. Misleading photograph but quality item, buyer beware.

I have a relatively long/narrow head, so when I got this, even though it was the right circumference size, it didn't fit. I called Hats, and they offered to refund it, or take it back and stretch it for me, or suggested a couple of ways I could stretch it myself. I set it over a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds so the steam would soften it up, then I stretched it -and it's perfect. And looks great!
