I'm allergic to the sun so am a hat freak, buy a hat everytime I see a new design. This ones a keeper. Well made, protects the back and side of your face well. Don't like the military look but the usefullness over comes the appearance. I'll buy another.

I wear camoflauge pants and a longsleeve shirt and some funky gloves when I garden on the weekend, and this camo flap hat goes nicely with my attire. People walking by don't stare at me. I've worn some other sunhats that looked really outrageous, and I got tired of looking up from my gardening and seeing people gawking at me, and making me want to throw compost at them.
This hat is very ho-hum in appearance, and that's a major plus! I'm a heavy sweater so this hat gets soaked. Toss in the washer, hang to airdry, and it dries very fast.
Love the hat and it feels like it'll last me the next 10 years. Recommended.

I bought this for my husband, he liked it. The only thing is it is almost too small for him. It fits but if his head was any bigger it would not. The thing he liked best about it is that it keeps the sun off of his face as well as his neck.

Not as heavy as I thought it would be, but that may turn out to be a good thing for summer use. Sent it through the wash and it should soften up and wear nicely.
