When I first got this hat, I didn't think I would like it. It was stiff plus a bit loose. However, now that I've been wearing it for a while, the hat is breaking in quite nicely. It is softening up and fitting better. I can roll it up and put it in my pocket for easy storage. When I unroll it, it easily goes back to it's regular shape. For the classic "pork pie" look, the brim snaps up quite nicely. When I'm out in the rain or hot sun, I snap down the brim to protect my head. I've gotten several compliments on this hat, so I've already ordered another one in a different color. I highly recommend it.

it did not meet my expectation. I purchased 3 hats , none of them fit, the size I orderd was s/m which was supposed to be my size, they were all too big. I returned them. The sad part is that I had to pay shipping both ways, which don't make too happy because I could bought one locally for what I paid for shipping cost
The service and shipping was very good, but when you buy on line, I guess its a chance you take that everything will be acceptable.

The hat is way to big although I measured my head and followed the chart. the product looks fine, but it is unusable.

I was looking for some bucket hats for fishing, yard work and the like, and these looked great. According to the chart my head size rated Large. Since there were Large/X-Large, I figured they had an elastic band inside that would stretch if your head were larger. I was wrong. How can one hat fit two sizes? Answer... It can't. If my head was the size of a bowling ball, these may have fit. I had to send them back for a credit and reorder, thus these were nothing more than a waste of time. I reordered the smaller size and will rate those when I receive them.
