I bought this hat as a last minute purchase for a Victorian-like costume after not having much luck in local Halloween shops. It was perfect! I wore it on a slant because it didn't fit on top of my head very comfortably, but it got lots of comments and looked great. I considered adding some baubles and gears to it for a steam-punk look, but left it as is instead. It'd make a perfect magician's hat, or attire for a villain or vampire. A superb hat for the price!

Excellent quality, fun to wear. This is a real head-turner. I just wish I had more places to wear the hat.
