The velcro strap makes this thing easy to fit and adjust, especially for those windy days.
The material itself, while very breathable, feels flimsy. Feels and looks like those disposable Kimguard fabrics that I see used for cheap "resposable" grocery bags and disposable drapes. I've only washed my once (had it for a month) and didn't put it in the dryer, I let it air dry. Seems to be OK so far but I have no confidence in it.
The little gray looking strips are supposed to be reflective but are a joke too. You pretty much have to have a light of some sort on the front and back if you want to jog safely at night, or at least a much bigger reflector.
