This merino wool cap works well for cooler days when a cotton or synthetic cap isn't practical. Looks sharp, but that is largely due to who is wearing it ;-). Fits very good on my 7 1/8 head. When work it shapes more squarish than round as shown in the photos. On the down side hat is a tad more scratchy than my other Ibex wool hats, but not un-wearably so.

Ive been searching for a good cold weather hat to keep my brain warm on daily commuting rides. This hat works perfectly and looks good too. Some cycling hats look a bit dorky, but not this one.

I wear a 7 3/8" fitted hat. This hat arrived a little tight. I was able to adjust the fit by cutting a few stitches in the elastic area and then cutting the elastic band. I was also unaware that the underside of the bill had an embroidered IBEX logo. After an hour with a stitch puller and tweezers I was able to successfully remove this detail. Now the hat is just right. Fits great. Has a unique look. Well crafted and not itchy.
