Shipping was real quick and the hat fit me perfectly. Even if it didn't fit my head its still a flex fit so it can stretch for bigger heads. The box that it came in was unfortunately ripped through the left side about 4 inches diagonally and 3 inches across, but luckily the hat was unhurt. 5 out of 5
