I ordered this hat on-line; yes I know risky right? I checked out the company web-page and read reviews on this company before I purchased. I like the style and look of this particular hat and so after some serious consideration and style considerations (personal look, like etc.) I chose this hat and it's great. The company has all the intangibles: American made, buffalo (go western America!), solid packaging (box not bag), and shipping. I put it on and I am very glad that I measured my head before I ordered, seems logical but….. Anyway, the hat was as advertised and I would just make sure that you consider if you let your hair grow thick or keep it trim as this will affect your choice on size. As the leather forms to your head it gets a lot more comfortable than you could imagine. Colorado weather is perfect for this hat as it will keep your head warm. The seams were solid and the craftsmanship was very clean. The hatband was low key and matched my preference. Even the art work stitching on the side (buffalo) is mellow, again fitting my preference. I strongly recommend this company and its product if you are considering this style of hat in particularly, I can assure you the quality is represented in the price (you're getting what you pay for.)
