Reviews of Orvis Men's Tilley Airflo Hat
I've been looking for a warm-weather sun hat that is (A) packable/mashable; (B) lasts a long time; (C) fits well; and (D) doesn't look like an unconditional surrender to the Dork Side. This Tilley model does all that and more. If you're frustrated by hats that don't fit because you're in the wide gap between the two S/M and L/XL sizes that most hats seem to come in, this is your hat real hat sizes in increments of 1/8. What's more, the taper in the crown is also part of the fit it's made to fit so that you can put two fingers comfortably between your head and the hat (don't get it too snug they don't stretch much, and the two-finger test gives a good fit.. When wearing it in a stiff breeze, the straps that fit both under your chin and around the back of your head are ingenious, and snug up with the simplest knot configuration you've ever seen. Tilley hats are not just made they're engineered. And this one looks good on a little like an Aussie cowboy hat. This is a great travel hat. The string keeps it on in wind. My firts one was too tight which made it feel too hot, so be sure and get the correct size.
