I bought this to keep out wind and cold on my first winter of commuting by bike. It did a good job of staying in place and keeping my lower face and ears warm down into single digits. It's not the softest, most luxurious fleece, nor is the stitching top notch (mine had a short section which was not properly hemmed) but it did the job at a good price. I'd buy this again if I lost mine.

This neck warmer is really too tight to pull over your head, like it was meant for kids. It also has two elastic drawstrings on the top and bottom, so I ended up cutting those out and can now get it over my head, but the fleece has a nasty smell to it. I would not recommend this product.

A good quality neck warmer for cold but not arctic temperatures, in the cold climates of the arctic it works on warm days but in the negative it seems to get ineffective but works. Would recommend.
