Ok, I rarely review items; however I had to throw something on here about this hat. I was searching for a nice fedora that was quality made for under $50 and definitely found it with this hat. I have purchased others in the past around this price range that are ¼ of the quality. This has a nice leather headband, satin lined and nice finish on the brim. Speaking of the brim it's the snap type that is easy to form. The 2 ¼ brim was exactly what I was looking for 20's-40's type. If you are thinking twice about buying this hat, just get it; you won't be let down.

I bought this hat for a costume party, but it's a nice hat so I may have to find occasions to wear it in the real world now. I was able to reshape it the way I wanted and it looks sharp.

I received this fantastic hat as a gift, and it is the nicest fedora I have had yet. It keeps my head warm in these cold Chicago winters! It is a good stiff felt, that keeps it's shape well. It is waterproof, with a nice crisp snap brim. The brown color is great and the feather adds a little something extra, although you can take it out if you prefer. There is also a satin lining with clear plastic on the top to keep hair product from getting on the felt. It does take a few days to soften up to fit your head, but it fits great! I would recommend this hat to anyone. If you are a fan of hats, as I am, you can't go wrong with this one!

This is a nice hat that I am enjoying wearing. My one disappointment was that it is a hard formed hat, not crushable and soft. But then I paid a pretty reasonable price for it, so on balance, this is a good hat and I got my monies worth.
