I receive countless comments on this combination of hat and scarf. Scarf is extremely warm and the hat doesn't disappoint either. The scarf is very long not recommended for small people unless you want to wrap it several times. I recommend this for medium to large build people.

I used a heat gun on low to remove the cheap and gaudy badge from the hat. The weather protection is pretty good. I have tested the combo down to the low twenties so far. The hat could be a tiny bit warmer. The silly badge on the hat is the only reason I gave this four stars.
