Too small for a man's head. Small for a woman's as well. Would probably best fit someone younger than ten.

The hat is nice and I like the color, but it doesn't fit. It has no elasticity and I can't get it over my head. I don't have a large head. The four other beanies I ordered fit great. This one I ended up giving to my baby nephew. It fits him perfect.
