Got it as a gift for a friend who lend me his Browning camo hat on the last whitetail hunt we had and I liked it so much that I never gave it back. So as peace offering, got him this combo as b-bay gift. Got it on time for his b-bay and it was a solid brown (expecting a camo hat as pictured). To late to send it back, hope he's not to disappointed as I was. Still a solid buy.

bought this for my husband in Afghanistan for Christmas and he really liked it. The hat seems a good quality and looks good, and the light didn't seem cheap like i had expected it to be. My 2yr old was playing with it and it survived :) The option to turn the light red is a really nice benefit for when the base is blacked out.

bottom line, I would suggest buying it!
