i ordered the black/taupe/white combo one. Upon trying, I realized that it is too tight for me (a female). My head is slightly larger than average. Loved the knitting and the color combo but have to return it. :-(

i like the color pattern and it feels like it will be warm on the mountain but the photo/description on Amazon gave me the impression that it could be worn as a slouch hat. it is far too tight and rigid to be worn as a slouch hat and is resistant to stretching out.
