I am a big guy. I'm 6'8", 270 lbs, and I have a size 8 1/4th+ head.

E4 Hats has been where I've been getting my hats since I realized they have them in my size. I've bought 5 (2 of the same hat, BUT because I lost one, not because it fell apart. These things are very sturdy).

This hat is the same. It looks fantastic (some people may think Ushankas/Trooper Hats are geeky. Those people can go jump off a bridge.), feels pretty warm, and the ear-flaps fold up! It's basically everything I've ever wanted in a hat.

I'll update this if anything changes, or if the hat falls apart, but right now my head is ridiculously warm, and I'd argue very stylish.

This is a great hat for the price. I have always had a problem finding hats that are big enough for my head. This one fits just right and looks great while keeping my head very warm. Bigger is better.

I got it right before the temperature dipped to below zero. I have to say it is quite warm, but the quality was poor. Two of the snaps came off and in general, the seams look like they will rip before the end of the season. This hat cost much less than those elsewhere so I guess you get what you pay for.
